The Bogolyubov Kyiv Conference Modern Problems of Mathematics and Theoretical Physics will be held in Kyiv, Ukraine, September 13-16, 2004. The Conference is dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the outstanding theoretician Mykola Bogolyubov (1909-1992).
It follows by the Conference "Problems of Theoretical and Mathematical Physics" to be held in Moscow and Dubna, 2-6 September 2004.
The previous Bogolyubov Conference has been held in Moscow-Dubna-Kyiv in September 27-October 6, 1999.

13 September registration of all participants of the Conference will be held in the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics starting from 10:00. You may get to the Institute for Theoretical Physics from metro station "Lybidska" by bus No 63.

FORMAT
14-16 September the Conference will be organized as one Plenary Session in the morning with review talks (25-30 min) and the afternoon Session with original reports (15-20 min). The working languages of the Conference are Ukrainian and English.

CONFERENCE FEE
The Conference fee is 150 EURO. This fee includes conference documentations, tea/coffee breaks and conference events (welcome reception, banquet and excursions). This amount should be paid in cash upon arrival.
The local currency is called Hryvnia, and there are no limits or problems in exchanging USD and EURO into it and vice versa,the exchange rate being rather stable, around 5.3 Hryvnia for one US dollar.
Credit cards (Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, etc.) and Travellers' checks are in common use in Ukraine.




VISA
The Organizing Committee will send individual invitations to all participant swhich will be valid for the visa application. Having the invitation, you should apply for one at the nearest Ukrainian consular office in your country. All foreign nationals coming to Ukraine should have a valid passport and many of them should have the visa.

TRAVEL INFORMATION
Kyiv can be easily reached by air from Europe, America and Asia. A bus service between Boryspil Airport and Kyiv operates every 30 minutes.




ACCOMMODATION
A choice of Western style hotels will be available for conference participants. Modest accommodation in hotels can be booked for $30-40 per night. We kindly ask you to inform us your preference in accommodation by June 25, 2004.
